This valve is designed to fit the FSI and TSI engines of the VAG group (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda) listed below, including the 2011-2013 2.0l engine using the IHI Turbo.

This is a piston design blow off valve that is a direct replacement for the original fitment. This valve gives greater longevity than the diaphragm (OEM) valves, but also benefits from its ability to be fitted with different springs when the boost pressure has been increased or the engine has been modified. To ease installation, the top or vacuum connection is angled.

This valve has been specifically designed for the Audi A1 1.4 Turbo (122hp) engine. This is a full replacement atmospheric blow-off valve that integrates seamlessly with the OEM electronics and results in absolutely no fault codes, no check engine lights, and no detriment to the performance of the vehicle in any way. This valve kit is for VAG vehicles equipped with the 1.4 TSI twincharged (supercharged and turbocharged) engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valves (2 bolt fitting). As the engine does not have a diverter valve fitted as standard, Forge have developed a twin piston dump valve that not only gives you an incredibly loud sound when lifting off the throttle, but also increases the throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag. 

A combination of heat, oil, and boost pressure at the turbo outlet expose the general weakness of the stock turbo outlet pipe, resulting in degradation of the stock hose wall and metal couplings. After suffering this hose failure (and the associated boost/power loss) customers are then faced with an expensive replacement, however poor quality, from BMW.

The Forge free-flowing charge pipe kit will increase flow and improve the reliability of your B58 engine from BMW. These high-quality aluminium pipes are a direct replacement and will fit in place of the OEM plastic pipe.
