The Forge Motorsport high flow intake pipe for the Audi RS3 8V face lift and TTRS 8S, eliminates the highly restrictive plastic inlet pipe by increasing the inlet bore diameter from 70mm to 89mm outer diameter. This increases air flow and maximises the volume of air being forced into the engine, improving efficiency and performance. The FMINLH8 is designed for use with the standard airbox and works superbly with a performance panel filter. This modification can equate to increases of up to 10hp on mapped vehicles which is a remarkable gain for an easy to fit bolt on modification.

This inlet pipe for the Ford Fiesta ST180 fits between the air filter and turbo inlet pipe and is a highly visible component of the engine bay, accordingly its available in red, blue and black. Its fully compatible with either the stock filter box or our Forge Motorsport  ST180 intake. FMINDST180

Featuring a fully CNC machined MAF housing and pipe that matches the standard Ecoboost housing exactly, coupled to a large air filter (available in either foam or cotton), the Forge Motorsport Ecoboost intake looks as good as it sounds, with a noticeable increase in induction and dump valve recirculation noise.

The Forge Motorsport intake system for the Ford Fiesta ST180 features a large diameter Ram Air high flow, pleated, synthetic nanofiber filtration filter, for superior filtration and enhanced breathing for the engine – but also featuring a larger surface area than the stock filter and many competitors.

This part is also compatible with intercooler option FMINT13 and dump valve FMDVMK7

Testing of this kit showed improvements of 4 horsepower over the stock air box on a standard engine. Greater improvements can be achieved on tuned vehicles.

A blow off or recirculation valve (be it piston, diaphragm or OEM) will be activated by vacuum or electricity, and is designed to improve the drivability of your vehicle giving you maximum power when you want it. All types rely on an internal spring in order to maintain a seal so that you have boost pressure when it is needed - If the spring is too weak, you lose power.

The Corolla GR is currently not available for the UK market so we worked closely with our USA branch to bring a solution to market that has been designed at our headquarters in Gloucester UK. Throughout the development process we have strived to improve the efficiency and performance of the Corolla GR’s engine; our project brief was to develop an intercooler utilizing all the available space available in the original position of the OEM intercooler, and to ensure the inlet air temperature is reduced, without any negative effects on the boost pressure or engine and transmission cooling.

This Silicone replacement hose fits from the throttle body to the intercooler, on the Polo 1.8 GTI or SEAT Ibiza MK3 (6L) 1.8T. It can be fitted with either our front mount, or to a stock car, with the original intercooler. The re-inforced silicone structure of the hose will withstand greater temperatures and pressures than the original hose and is ideal for tuned engines.
