This will NOT work with the OEM intercooler. This product will only work with aftermarket intercoolers with an outlet size of 63-67mm (Cold Side). It works flawlessly with the Forge intercooler FMINT15.

After already developing many performance upgrades for the Hyundai I30N & Veloster N the Forge Motorsport engineers have found another area for improvement of Hyundai’s Hot hatch. This time it is the boost pipe which runs from the outlet of the intercooler to the intake manifold.

Utilising our industry leading bar and plate design, alongside Solidworks CAD and flow simulation design (Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD) we developed our high flow cast end tanks. The turbo side endtanks feature an internal divider to ensure the full volume of the stepped core is utilised.

Forge Motorsport are excited to release our industry leading intake for the Hyundai i30N. This aftermarket cold air intake system improves your i30N’s airflow in several key ways. It routes the air more directly into your engine, using a huge 102 mm diameter CNC mandrel bent alloy pipe. The aftermarket system also improves the airflow by adding a high-flow, high efficiency air filter in place of the more restrictive factory air filter. Finally, the cold air intake system is set up to allow cooler air to easily flow into your engine

This induction kit has been developed to fit Mini (Generation 3) vehicles fitted with a Bosch intake sensor part Number: 0 281 006 597.  Before purchasing this item please use the photo guide on this page to correctly identify the intake sensor fitted to your vehicle.

The kit comprises full replacement intake piping made from fully mandrel bent aluminium which is powder coated black. We use only 70mm diameter tubing which will not cause any issues with the MAF sensor readings. The filter is a PiperCross high flow cone filter housed in its own enclosure situated at the front of the vehicle. Everything is connected via high quality silicone couplers and stainless steel hose clamps.

Please note: The pipework in this kit is only available in a crackle black finish.
