Wagner Competition Package Audi RS4 B9 / RS5 F5

The Competition Package for the Audi RS4 B9 consists of the Intercooler Upgrade Kit and the Water Cooler Upgrade Kit.

The cooling process of the charge air is therefore realized by a water-cooled intercooler, which is replaced by the WagnerTuning high-performance intercooler.
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new performance network with dimensions of 222 mm x 200 mm x 120
mm. This has been specially developed for the high demands of the RS4/RS5 engine and offers 185% more external network volume compared to the original intercooler. The ratio used between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time enables the best possible internal air flow. The cast aluminium end boxes were designed in CAD and optimised with the help of CFD simulations. The result is excellent cooling properties at the lowest back pressure. Thus, this kit is also suitable for racing. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
All WAGNERTUNING intercoolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating, so that a permanent cooling effect is ensured.
The installation of the system is also uncomplicated and plug & play with the help of our installation instructions.

A reduction in the cooling water temperature is therefore also directly equivalent to an improved cooling performance of the charge air. The newly developed Competition racing network of the WAGNERTUNING high-performance water cooler increases the cooler volume of the series water cooler by a total of 55%. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface used generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time enables the adjacent components (e.dem engine water cooler sitting behind it) to have enough air flow for their heat exchange. Furthermore, the water coolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating, so that a permanent cooling effect is ensured.
